MȦLAGA FOOD NEWS: Iconic Málaga Café replaced by British themed bar!

Sad news to report, the iconic Café Central in Málaga's Plaza de la Constitución (A firm favourite when in the City) which closed its historic doors In January 2022 has been replaced by a "British-style" theme pub
The Swedish-owned John Scott's chain part of the Kopparberg group has now opened its doors at the top end of Calle Larios; Early reports are not favourable.
In honesty we have not yet visited but have scheduled a visit on our next trip into the City - as soon as we have we will post our findings as always on TheMalagaFoodGuide.com however we understand from reports that the new bar is to offer international food, mainly Swedish meatballs, hamburgers and fish and chips. Drinks will include around fifteen beers and ciders on offer.
